We were created to live beyond ourselves, just as Christ did. As we serve, we become more like Christ and are shaped into the people we're called to be. Victory would not be the church that it is today, if it were not for the people on our H.E.L.P. (heal, equip, love, propel) teams.
Victory has many areas of opportunity for you to serve and grow spiritually. Take a look below. If you see something that interests you contact us or better yet, sign up and attend our next ACCESS Victory Membership Class to find out more information about Victory North and our H.E.L.P. teams.

By serving on the Vsource team, you will have the opportunity to provide information about the church and interact with our first time guests by giving them their special gift. You play a vital role in giving our guests a great experience, being a source of valuable information and helping people to get connected.
Leader - Susan Harvey
Greeters are positioned around the church to provide a great first impression by greeting people with a smile and warm welcome, creating a friendly atmosphere that says to people, We’re glad you’re here. Greeters also deliver a friendly Good-bye after service that says, Have a great week and we hope to see you next Sunday.
Leader - Robes Germain
From helping people find a seat to receiving offerings, the usher team is there to facilitate duties before, during, and after service to ensure that, “Everything is done in a fitting and orderly way.” 1 Cor 14:40
Leader: Chris Cardin
The Parking Team provides a great and unexpected first impression by greeting people with a smile and warm welcome upon their initial arrival on campus. Team members direct people to open parking and let people know - We’re glad you’re here – before they even get out of their car. This team is also responsible for putting out road signs and banners.
Leaders: Henry and Renee Salley
Our children’s ministry provides children with a safe, fun, and loving environment while teaching them age-appropriate lessons from the Bible. Team members monitor classes, tell stories, help with check in, work with puppets, and assist lead teachers in helping children grow in God. This team is crucial in preparing the generations to come for God’s kingdom.
The purpose of the Sound and Media Teams is to effectively support the communications of God's truth so that our entire church body can focus on worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth.
Sound Team - Support the audio needs for speakers, musicians, actors, video/DVD presentations, etc. The main auditorium features a 48-channel mixing board which supports the technology for both house and stage monitor applications.
Media Team - Utilize computer software to provide song lyrics, videos, PowerPoint presentations and sermon outlines for our services.
